Gaetano started to have a passion for cooking at the age of 18 years, right after finishing high school. He immediately started working as a chef to follow his purpose. Soon after he moved to London where he learned the English-Scottish cuisine for over 4 years, bringing a culinary variety to his love at the stove. In 2020 he then decided to come to Perth where he & his family bought Il Panzerotto to share his skills and love with Perth Western Australia.

 Panzerotto is originally from Puglia, just like Gaetanos grandmother. Having grown up with this delicious street food, his grandmother shared the family recipe with him which he now is able to share with you. Gaetano & his family care about bringing you authentic Italian food as it is known in Italy for many generations.
